It can be a very big personal hurdle to begin to loosen the reigns of control on their company. But, I can promise that as soon as you do begin to do so, you’ll find a huge personal growth will happen – and your business will thank you for it. Here are a couple of things to keep in mind.

As we’ve mentioned in other posts, this is a full-time program for three months and you’ll really only get out what you put in. The more you put into the program, the more you’ll inevitably get out of it.
You can also delegate a number of tasks you’ve been working on at your business and decision-making to other members of your team. You’ll find it can be a fantastic chance for some of your other team members to step up and take on more responsibility in your company, and give you the bandwidth to grow with the company. Now you can take on the tasks and responsibilities you like, and those that are best for the business.
